Registering for Community Transport
EV is a not-for-profit organisation which provides pre-booked, safe and supportive transport for people who are:
-
65+ years of age and registered with My Aged Care
-
50+ if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
-
under 65 who experience a transport barrier in accessing the services they need
-
receiving a Support at Home Package (Previously Home Care Package)
-
connected with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
If you are 65 years of age or over but not registered with My Aged Care, please go to this page and complete the registration steps.
If you are on a Support at Home package, please tell your provider of your decision to use EV Community Transport. Your provider will then arrange your package allocations directly with us.
