EV Early Years is a recently established not-for-profit community organisation that places the needs of children and families at the centre of its work. It is the newest division of EV Strengthening Communities.
EV Strengthening Communities has supported the communities of Maroondah, Whitehorse, and Yarra Ranges for more than 45 years, and has more recently expanded its reach into Banyule, Darebin, Knox, Manningham, Murrindindi, Nillumbik, and the Shires of Mitchell and Whittlesea.
EV Strengthening Communities delivers value to local communities through community transport, volunteering, and employment support initiatives.
Guided by a commitment to strengthening local communities, EV now extends its services to the Early Childhood sector as an Early Years Manager with a small, dedicated team all having experience in the Early Childhood sector including the General Manager who has previously managed an Early Years Management service of 21 kindergartens.
With Head Office based in Ringwood we have Early Childhood services scattered throughout Melbourne including Yarra Ranges, Maroondah, Manningham, Banyule and Port Phillip LGAs.

Child Safe Statement
EV acknowledges the continuing connection to land, waters and community of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin nation. We acknowledge that land has never been ceded and pay our respects to elders past and present. We are an inclusive organisation supporting those who experience disability, cultural and language, gender and sexual preference based barriers to participating in community.
EV Strengthening Communities [EV] is committed to promoting and protecting the interests and safety of children and young people. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect and maltreatment.
Every child and young person attending an EV service has a right to feel and be safe.
Everyone working at EV Strengthening Communities is responsible for the care and protection of children and young people and reporting information about child safety and wellbeing issues.
