EV has been supporting community organisations large and small with all things volunteering for 50 years. We are experts in volunteer support services assisting you to design or evaluate your volunteer workforces, to develop effective recruitment and retention strategies and to attract a diversity of volunteers.

When the Commonwealth defunded Volunteer Resource Centres from doing this work in 2020 EV decided that this support was critical to strengthening communities especially for small to medium community organisations. We have therefore built the Virtual Volunteer Resource Service- an infrastructure for your volunteering. Go to the Volunteer page for more information.

We also developed a range of online training modules that you can view and use when it suits you. These include how to be inclusive in your volunteer workforce and attract a diversity of volunteers including young people. You will find modules on designing your volunteer workforce and we can also develop modules specific to your organisation's needs.
